Our Website Philosophy

Our objective for this website is to further our long standing efforts toward customer service and consumer education.  Since our humble beginning, we have always put our focus on providing a quality repair for the customer.   Over the years, our loyal customers have allowed us to grow through their much appreciated word-of-mouth advertising.  It continues today.  We feel it is more important to target our financial resources toward acquiring state-of-the-art technology and hiring and retaining top rate technicians rather than spending it on huge advertising campaigns.  Producing quality repairs for our current customers takes priority over advertising to find future customers.  Our goal is for you to use this website as a resource for learning more about our industry and what you face if your vehicle needs collision repair.  We'd appreciate hearing your feedback on other useful areas of content you'd like to see.
