I have tried to find words that would adequately express my
gratitude to each of you for repairing my car for me. I have thought
and thought but I have not found them.
The car looks beautiful!!
The door matches the rest of the car so well, inside and out!!
The back door now opens & shuts, I never had working automatic door
locks before!! The gas cap can now be screwed on & off easily!To cap it off, the whole car was cleaned inside and out!!
I am overwhelmed! It is all a marvel to me!!

One Saturday last month I went to wash my Firepepper Red 2002 Acura
TL and noticed there was a layer of faint white dots all over the
surface of the vehicle. Upon closer inspection, I determined that
the dots were actually a fine mist of paint, apparently the result
of someone's haphazard use of an air sprayer. Having never
encountered such a problem before, I phoned my insurance company to
ask if they would cover the cost of cleaning the paint. They
reassured me that I was fully covered and that, for reasons of
proximity and reputation, I should contact "Carrillo's Auto Body" to
affect the repairs.
Given my car was only 15 months old and the paint a delicious shade
of deep red; I was worried about what methods might be used to clean
off the offending dots. I certainly did not want to trade lustrous
dotted paint for hazy, clean paint. Your estimator put my mind at
ease that you would use a mild and time-tested method before
anything more severe would be considered.
I was phoned a day later and informed that the vehicle was ready for
pick-up. When I arrived, I met the estimator in the office and went
to look at the car. On the way, he said the he had inspected the car
and found some additional spots that needed more work. After
apologizing profusely for phoning me prematurely, he offered me a
ride home and said that it would be available later that day.
When I returned, the car, which was already glowing from his tender
care of the paint, was positively luminous! I am not exaggerating
when I say it looked better than new. As you recall, I was fortunate
enough to communicate my praise to you directly later that day,
praise which I'm pleased to reiterate in writing.
That you did a good job on my vehicle is expected. That you did so
with professionalism and attention to detail is laudable. That you
went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and
completed to my satisfaction is extraordinary. Thank you for THE
most positive car repair experience of my life. I wish you and your
exceptional business continued success.
